Zhat-pat cake

An easy to make cake.

Ingredients

Rava (semolina) 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Curds (fresh) 1 cup
Ghee 1 teaspoon
Soda bicarbonate 2 pinch
Cardamom (powder) to taste
Nutmeg (powder) to taste
Resins as per choice
Nuts as per choice
Salt to taste

Procedure

Beat the curds. Mix all the ingredients well. Keep it for half an hour. Grease the backing tray. Pour the mixture. Bake the cake in moderate oven at 200-250 degrees centigrade. When the upper covering becomes brown check by piercing with knife.

Personal Touch

Cut the cake when it completes cools.
