| The Annual General
Body Meeting of the Pathare Prabhu Social Samaj was held on Saturday, 16th June
2001 at 5:30 p.m. in the Suresh Vitthal Memorial Hall, Thakurdwar 400002. The
meeting was adjourned by the secretary Shri Sunil S. Kothare at 5:00 p.m. since
the quorum of twenty was not met. When the meeting resumed, Shri Sunil S.
Kothare read the circular which he followed reading the minutes for the Annual
General Body Meeting dated 10th June 2000. Shri Sailesh Vijayakar seconded
the minutes. The treasurer Shri Pradeep S. Rane read the accounts for April 2000
- March 2001. Shri Prakash Rao seconded the accounts. |

| Shri Subash D. Rao raised some objections
which were appropriately solved by the Trustee Shri Madhav G. Jayakar, President
Shri Ajit P. Talpade and Vice -President Shri Dilip G. Jayakar. Dr. Sunil A.
Rane suggested that the Yearly Prize Dristributions should be again held on a
trial basis, while Shri Subodh Dhurandhar suggested that weekly lecture held
again. |

| The annual report and accounts were put to
vote by resolution and they were passed unanimously. The meeting was dissolved
after a vote of thanks by the President Shri Ajit P. Talpade. |
