| The Pathare Prabhu Social Samaj’s General Body Meeting was held on Saturday 1st
February 2003 in the Suresh Vithal Memorial Hall, Thakurdwar.

| In absence of
a full quorum, the meeting
was adjourned for half an hour and was conducted at 5.30 p.m.
|

|
Secretary Mr. Pravin Rane read the circular. Then the last
General Body Meeting’s
minutes were read out by Mr. Praveen Rane. The
minutes were
proposed by
president Mr. Ajit Talpade and
seconded by Mrs. Meghana Rane.

| The annual report was read by Mr. Praveen Rane and was proposed by Mr.
Ajit Talpade. The
accounts had been circulated, so the
treasurer Mr. Pradeep Rane proposed the accounts. The Annual reports and
Accounts were seconded by Mr. Shailendra Talpade. Both were passed unanimously.

| Mr. Dilip Jayakar, Vice President gave the Vote of Thanks. Mr. Subhash
Rao proposed it and Mr. Dattatraya Jayakar seconded. The meeting was dissolved
6.10 p.m. after coffee was served. |
