| The Annual General
Body Meeting of the Pathare Prabhu Charities was held on Sunday, 24th June 2001
at 5:30 p.m. in the Suresh Vitthal Memorial Hall, Thakurdwar 400002. The
scheduled time for the meeting for 5:00 p.m. but the quorum of thirty was not
met, hence it started at 5:30 p.m. |

| Shri Veerpal R. Rane started the
meeting by welcoming the new trustees Shri Ajit M. Vijayakar & Shri Rajan W.
Jayakar. Shri Uday S. Mankar read the minutes of the Annual General Body Meeting
dated 23rd July 2000. The reported was seconded by Praful S. Rane. Shri Veerpal
R. Rane suggested some corrections in the annual report while Shri Ravindra R.
Mankar pointed out the special features of the report. Dr. Gajanan V. Vijayakar
seconded the features of the report. |

| Shri Ravindra R. Mankar answered the
queries raised by Shri Subash D. Rao. Then the resolution was put to vote and
passed unanimously. Shri Ajit M. Vijayakar thanked the trustee for appointing
him as the trustee of The Pathare Prabhu Charities. |

| The meeting was dissolved at 6:30 p.m. after
a vote of thanks by Shri Veerpal R. Rane. |
