| The
General Body Meeting of Pathare Prabhu Mahila Samaj
was held on Sunday, the 24th August 2003, at Suresh
Vitthal Memorial Hall, Thakurdwar at 4.00 p.m. The
meeting was adjourned for half an hour due to lack of
quorum. |

| The
inaugural speech was delivered by Ms Vrinda S.Jayakar,
President of the Mahila Samaj, who also read out the
Agenda. Ms Neeta M.Senjit, secretary of the Samaj read
out the minutes of the last General Body Meeting. She
put up the proposal for passing the minutes which was
seconded by Ms Saya Navalkar. The same was passed
unanimously Ms Neeta Senjit then read out the Annual
Report and the mistakes in the report were corrected
by Ms Saya Navalkar. |

| The
proposal for the passing the Annual General Report was
put up by Ms Neeta Senjit and it was seconded by Ms
Madhuri Kirtikar which was passed unanimously.
Treasurer Ms Swati Jayakar read out the accounts for
the financial year 2002-2003. She then put the
proposal for vote which was seconded by Ms Renuka
Dhurandhar and the same was passed unanimously. |

| Ms
Swati Jayakar then put the proposal for appointing
Auditors Mr. S. K. Navalkar for the financial year
2003-2004 for vote which was duly seconded by Ms
Subodh Pradhan.. The same was passed unanimously. |

| Ms
Anusha Kirtikar and Ms Apeksha Rane were appointed as
Internal Auditors. The names were proposed by Ms
Pramila Talpade and seconded by Ms Meghana Rane. The
same was also passed unanimously. |

| Ms
Neeta Senjit then read out the list of donations
received by the Samaj from various donors. The meeting
was dissolved at 5.30 p.m.Coffee was then served to
all the members present. |

Thereafter Ms Madhvi Pathare performed the One Act
Show depicting various characters from different
dramas. |
