Potatoes |
1 kg |
Sabudana (Sago) |
½ kg |
Groundnuts (Roasted) |
250 to 300 gms |
Green Chilies |
6 to 8 (finely chopped) |
Salt |
to taste |
Ghee or Oil |
(for frying) |
Cumin seeds |
2 tea spoons |

Procedure |
|
Wash sabudana and soak it little water for
atleast 3 to 4 hours. Boil potatoes. Peel and smash them. Grind coarsely the
groundnut. Mix smashed potatoes , soaked sabudana, green chilies, groundnut and
salt (and cumin seeds) . Mix well. Make small size balls and press them. Deep
fry in hot ghee or oil. |
