Milk |
1 litre |
Mava (khoya) |
100 gm |
Sugar |
250 to 300 gm |
Cardamom powder |
½ teaspoon |
Nutmeg powder |
¼ teaspoon |
Almonds |
4 tablespoon (chopped) |
Pistachio |
3 tablespoon (chopped) |

Procedure |

Boil the milk over a low flame till it reduces to ¾ litre. Add sugar to it and reduce a bit. Take
some cold milk in a cup and mix the mave well in it. Add this mixture to
the boiling milk. Keep on the flame
for five minutes more and add cardamom and nutmeg powders. Garnish with almond and
pistachio. |
